Join personal trainer, Shane Biichle, for a fun & free outdoor fitness workout at Ellison Park.
This FREE Workout includes light strength training, HIIT, and body weight exercises.
Bring a workout/yoga mat or towel with you. We may or may not have a few extras so if you don’t have one, please let us know ahead of time.
We will be meeting at the North entrance of Ellison Park.
It’s near the Frisbee golf course so if you’d like to stay after the workout, we’ll play a round of frisbee golf.
Shane Biichle is a local personal trainer with a bachelor’s in exercise health & science. We started this group as a fun way to network and meet others who love fitness while exploring our local parks.
