Colonial Belle

Established in 1989, the Colonial Belle is a family owned and operated business. Her crew is experienced and friendly.

The Colonial Belle is the largest tour boat operating on the historic Erie Canal. Our vessel is U.S. Coast Guard certified to carry 149 passengers with a fully accessible enclosed lower deck and an upper open-air deck. The enclosed first deck offers comfortable seating, a full-service bar and two restrooms. The upper deck provides seating, scenic viewing and the experience of “ducking down” for low bridges.

Flower City Arts Center

We are a community-based not-for-profit that educates, encourages, and inspires all people to create and enjoy the visual arts. The Flower City Arts Center celebrated 50 years in 2020. Established in 1970, The Flower City Arts Center is located in a historic firehouse, constructed in 1895-1905 (Try to find evidence of the fire poles next time you’re here!). We are the only community visual arts center conveniently located within the City of Rochester. In 1973, the Arts Center incorporated as a 501(c)3 not-for-profit educational institution.

The Flower City Arts Center offers educational programs in a variety of visual arts with an emphasis on three areas: Printmaking & Book Arts, Ceramics, and Photography & Digital Arts. We produce youth programs, classes, and workshops, provide facilities to our studio artists, and exhibit work in our galleries. We collaborate with community groups for the benefit of all. Our photography, ceramics and book arts programs are available to community members of all ages, incomes and backgrounds.

Young Lion Brewing LLC

A Woman Owned and Managed Brewery, Young Lion Brewing Company (YLBC) opened its doors in June of 2017. One of the larger microbreweries in New York State; Young Lion maintains a 10,000 BBL production brewery, 1000 sq ft. Taproom and 2400 sq ft. Event space.

Sitting on the beautiful, northern shore of Canandaigua Lake, YLBC’s tap room and event space enjoy the most sun soaked, desirable views of the entire lake and its bordering southern mountains. Young Lion is distributed by Wright Beverage in the Rochester area and Distributing in the Buffalo area. These partnerships have assisted YBLC in being sold in over 700 local bars and restaurants. Also, YLBC has the privilege to be sold in all Wegmans, Tops and many of the local beer shops and warehouses.
